While playing with Jingjun “Sneyking” Wu on stream, Mason delivered the news – DC have disbanded.

After the departure of Abed “Abed” Yusop and David “MoonMeander” Tan, team DC was joined by Maximilian “qojqva” Bröcker and the veteran Jimmy “DeMoN” Ho. However, the situation did not change and ultimately led to the end of the current Digital Chaos.

The information about the split of DC’s Dota 2 squad is surely no surprise considering their results in the past year or so. After DC finished 2nd in The International 6, the entire roster parted ways and formed the team called Thunderbirds.

In that situation, DC immediately decided to get Team Onyx under their wings, who had the job to represent them at TI 7.

However, they finished around top 12 there, and did not manage to get into a single LAN event aparat from China Top 2017, which was a non-pro Circuit tournament.

We are yet to see what the future holds for this organization. Probably a new roster will be announced shortly after the upcoming holidays.
