The only chance that Team Liquid had in order to qualify for the first Pro Circuit Major was to win the DreamLeague Minor. Sadly, this will not happen, because the team has just announced their decision to withdraw from the event due to health issues.
Unfortunately we will not be attending the DreamLeague Minor at the end of this month for health-related reasons.

After Liquid’s withdrawal from the Dream League S10 Minor, MangoBay, who finished right behind Liquid in the European qualifiers, should have technically received the spot left free.
However, due to the fact that they have disbanded just recently, the organizers announced Team Lithium as the ones who will fill in the gap to the DreamHack Studios from Sweden for a shot at the tournament trophy and the final spot at the Kuala Lumpur Major.
Team Lithium is one of those teams that have been formed in the post TI8 shuffle. What’s more, they are also the team that managed to knock out Liquid from the contention in the Kuala Lumpur Major qualifiers. However, they still failed to qualify for the Major, but nowt they have yet another chance by being invited to join the other seven teams qualified for the DreamLeague Minor.

The event itself will take place from the 29th of October to the 4th of November. It will feature a $300,000 prize pool as well as 500 DPC Points. However, probably the most important part is that the winner of this event will get a direct invite for the Kuala Lumpur Major just few weeks after.
